Looking to enroll your child with our school?
Thank you for your interest in Hope Lutheran Christian School for your child.
At Hope, we see these formative years as filled with opportunities for students, and fostering relationships with our students is a priority. This means more than just knowing their name – it’s knowing about their interests and passions, their learning styles and needs, and where they are on their faith journey. We address and meet the needs of all our students, wherever they are at.
Prospective parents are always welcome to contact the school for more information or to book a tour.
Please email us with any questions you might have regarding the application process.

Application Packages can be submitted two ways:

For electronic applications, the application fee is paid by eTransfer to our Accountant at accounting@hopelcs.ca. The student’s full name is required in the memo section of the eTransfer, with a second email containing the eTransfer password sent to the Accountant clearly identifying uppercase and lowercase letters.
Please note, the use of email submission is voluntary and at the discretion of the sender, and it is the responsibility of the sender to consider and accept any and all security risks which may be associated with using this option.
When submitting an Application Package, please ensure all the required items listed on the application checklist are submitted together, as incomplete applications cannot be considered or placed in a wait pool until fully completed.
For students where English is not the first language learned, or additional languages are spoken in the home, they may be required to complete an EAL assessment with our EAL teacher before being considered for an admission interview.
If applicable, please note that our Resource Program runs at full capacity each year. When applying for the following school year, applications for students requiring resource support will be placed in our resource wait pool. Once our current families have completed their annual re-enrolment process in the spring, these applications will be considered if we have determined there will be available space in the program for new students.
Participation in a formal school tour is a required step in the application process. If you and your family have not yet had a tour of our school campus, we host daytime in-person school tours once a month. To find out upcoming tour dates, and to book your family’s space, please email our school Secretary at info@hopelcs.ca.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Registrar at registration@hopelcs.ca.
Please note, submitting an application package does not guarantee an admission interview.
