The Board of Governance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Board of Governance is a group of elected members dedicated to work on the strategic and level of Hope Lutheran Church and School. This Board:<\/p>\n

_Represents Jesus and His mission to people in the community and in the world.
\n_Upholds the principles that guide the Congregation in its mission.
\n_Supports the pastoral leadership of the Congregation and the administrative leadership of the School.
\n_Oversees the business of the congregation to ensure that our resources and decisions align with the mission of sharing Christ\u2019s love.
\n_Monitors the performance of staff and volunteers to foster a culture of excellence and faithfulness in service.<\/p>\n

Through prayerful consideration and collaborative leadership, the Board of Governance seeks to faithfully steward the congregation\u2019s resources, ensuring that every decision is based on and guided by the Word of God.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
