PTL News

PTL Meeting

Please review the minutes from the April 27th PTL meeting and inform the PTL if you have any questions.

Additionally, the PTL Bylaws have been brought up to date.  Parents are asked to review the draft bylaws in preparation for voting to adopt the updated bylaw document at our June meeting.

Participation Opportunities

Please view our list of Participation Opportunities.  There are many needs within our library that parents can do from home.

Year-End Celebration

The PTL would like to plan a year-end BBQ for all staff, students, and their parents on June 21st, however, we do not have portable BBQ’s.  Are there several parents willing to lend their BBQs and propane?  Participation hours will be given to anyone who will lend out their BBQ and propane tank.  If there are parents able to help with the cooking, PPP hours will be given for your assistance. Please contact Lisa at lklym@hopelcs.ca
