Early Dismissal – Thursday, January 28

On Thursday, January 28 school will be dismissed starting at 11:45 am.  We will continue to stagger our dismissal times as usual, meaning Kindergarten will be dismissed at 11:45 am, Grade 1s at 11:50 am, Grade 2s at 11:55 am and Grades 3-5 at 12:00 pm.  There is no school in the afternoon to provide teachers some extra prep time to accommodate their increased workloads associated with at-home and in class learners.

Re-Enrolment 2021-2022

The re-enrolment process for the 2021/22 school year will begin at the end of this month.

On January 29, all school families with students currently in grades K – 7 will receive an email containing the link to the re-enrolment information package and forms. The information package will include the 2021/22 tuition rates. Re-enrolment will close on Friday, February 12.

Please note, annual re-enrolment fees and prepaid tuition deposits are due and required to be submitted with the re-enrolment forms, along with the selected option for 2021/22 tuition payment.

2020 Tuition Receipts Survey

The 2020 school tuition and donation receipts will soon be available.  This year the school accounting department is providing two options for families to choose from to receive the receipts:

  1.   digital PDF version
  2.   paper copy

Please use the following Google form to submit your choice by Friday, January 29, 2021:  2020 Tuition & Giving Receipts Survey

Collecting Cardboard Egg Cartons

Over the next couple of months the middle school students will be working with the BC Mission Boat Society to put together Easter Kits that will be sent to families in remote First Nations communities. One of the items in the kits will be Resurrection Eggs. For this project, we are in need of 300 cardboard egg cartons (12 capacity, with lid; NO plastic or styrofoam). Please start saving your egg cartons and send them with your child. They can be dropped off in the foyer just outside the office at either campus, in the labelled box. Watch for more information about this exciting missions project

2020-2021 Year Book

Once again, we are excited to partner with Jostens in developing a yearbook that will display special moments for all of us, including individual photos of our school family, as well as candid shots and amazing collages!

If you would like to order a yearbook, you may do so either by paying by cheque or online (please no cash). You may order your yearbook for $25. The deadline for ordering yearbooks is March 1, 2021. A yearbook order form will be sent home with your child(ren) Tuesday, January 12, or for your convenience is available here in THIS LINK.

Please complete the form and return with a cheque or go to the online ordering link and follow the instructions to order your yearbook. Thank you for your support in ensuring we have yet another amazing yearbook to showcase our students memories at Hope this academic year!
